Privacy Policy
At DN Mart, your privacy matters. This policy explains what information we collect when you shop with us, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our store, you agree to the practices described here.
Information We Collect
- Order information — your name, delivery address, phone number and email, so we can process and deliver your order.
- Account information — if you create an account, your login details and order history.
- Messages you send us — emails and contact-form messages, kept so we can answer and improve support.
- Technical information — basic device, browser and usage data collected through cookies, used to keep the store working and secure.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information only to run the store: processing and delivering orders, confirming orders by phone or message, handling returns and refunds, answering your questions, preventing fraud, and — only with your consent — telling you about offers that may interest you.
Cookies
Our store uses cookies to keep your cart and account working, remember your preferences and understand how visitors use the site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the store may not work as smoothly.
Sharing Your Information
We never sell your personal data. We share only what is necessary with delivery partners (your name, address and phone so the courier can reach you) and payment providers (to process your payment), and only when required by law.
Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, and access to customer data is limited to team members who need it to serve you.
Your Rights
You may ask us at any time for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Just email support.dnmart@gmail.com and we will respond within one working week.
