Delivery Charges
A flat delivery fee of Rs. 250 applies to every order in Pakistan. Orders of Rs. 4,999 or more ship completely FREE — the free delivery option appears automatically at checkout when your cart qualifies.
Delivery Time
Orders are quality-checked, packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery then takes 2–4 working days depending on your city. You can follow your parcel any time on the Track Order page.
Areas We Deliver To
We deliver nationwide across Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Hyderabad and surrounding towns. Cash on Delivery is available everywhere we deliver.
Order Confirmation
Please keep your phone nearby after ordering — our team may call or message to confirm your order before dispatch. Orders with unreachable phone numbers may be delayed or cancelled.
Returns & Exchanges
What Can Be Returned
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons, personal-care items that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
How to Start a Return
- Email support.dnmart@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our team will confirm the return and share the return instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and hand it to the courier as instructed.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange is processed within 3–5 working days.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are sent by bank or mobile transfer, or as store credit — whichever you prefer.
