Terms & Conditions
Terms & Conditions
Welcome to DN Mart. By browsing or ordering from our store, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully — they are written to be clear and fair for both sides.
Prices & Payment
All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices and promotions may change without notice, but the price confirmed on your order is the price you pay. Payment is by Cash on Delivery, or by JazzCash / EasyPaisa transfer arranged with our team after checkout.
Orders & Confirmation
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our team may call or message to confirm your order before dispatch; orders that cannot be confirmed may be cancelled. We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is out of stock or a clear pricing error occurred — in that case any amount already paid is refunded in full.
Delivery
Delivery charges and times are described on our Shipping & Returns page. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct — we cannot be responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery details.
Returns & Refunds
Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery, following the process on the Shipping & Returns page. Items that arrive damaged or different from their description are always eligible for a replacement or refund.
Product Information
We work hard to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours and sizes may vary slightly from the images shown. If a product arrives materially different from its description, our returns promise above always applies.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the store, place fraudulent orders, or attempt to interfere with its operation. Accounts or orders involved in fraud may be cancelled without notice.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page applies to new orders from the date of publication.
